Jamilah Khanum, daughter of Husayn Quli Khan, appoints her daughter, Qamar Taj Khanum, as the executor of her will. She asks her daughter to donate some part of the property income, transfer her body to Najaf, pay her debt and the cost of burial and funeral, etc.

Ahmad to Salar Mu‘azzam, 1903
Letter from Ahmad to Salar Mu‘azzam. He writes about his travel to Karbala and Najaf, recommends a warmer relationship with Mu‘in al-Tujjar, describes how the ambassador was received by Sardar Akram, discusses the management of his properties, talks about the well-being of Hajar and Salar Mu‘azzam's mother, and the increasing of house rents in Tehran and his personal debts.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Letters about property management in Karbala’
Two letters to Haji ‘Abd Allah, the merchant from Yazd: in the first letter (1905), Karbalayi writes about the destruction of the religious tombs in Karbala’ and notes that because of the current situation, there are less pilgrims and no demand for Haji ‘Abd Allah's houses except by the widows. He is asking for permission to rent the houses to these wealthy women for three lira per year; in the second letter (1919) from Najaf, the writer complains about the difficulties in managing the properties of Haji ‘Abd Allah in Karbala’.

Booklet of prayers that belonged to Bibi Khanum [Sayyidah Fatimah Baygum], the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan and the grandmother of Muhammad Hasan Masʻudi Khurasani, known as Aqa Sardar. The writing on the edge of the first page reads: "this booklet of prayers belonged to Bibi Khanum, who was the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan. [My father] gave this to me so that while reading the prayers, I pray for my grandmother and ask God to bless her. Muhammad Hasan Aqa Sardar, 1887"; the writing that follows the table of contents reads: "this booklet of prayers was given by my grandfather, Mirza Muhammad...

Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Allahyar Ganjah and the wife of Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, makes a claim against her brother, Mulla Najaf, regarding her inheritance from her father and her mother, Bibi Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mustafa. Letter about Tuti Khanum's claim
Mentions receiving the addressee's letter; Tuti Khanum (wife of Khazim Khan)'s claim on her paternal inheritance, acting on it, and accusing Aqa Sayyid Hasan the Friday prayer-leader of seizing her shares; Tuti Khanum's daughter (wife of Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)) attempts to stop her mother; and the author asked Tuti Khanum to take her claim to Kirmanshah but she refused to do. Also, the author talks about Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)'s request to be sent to Hamadan in order to be further from Tuti Khanum as she will not give up on her claim and will create problems for him.
